Follow the below steps to control access via Groups
Go to Manage Apps from the Apps menu on the top bar and then click on “Access” (shown below) under AIO TESTS

The AIO Tests Access page will be displayed with a list of all the existing Jira User groups. Since access cannot be removed for Admins, the admin groups are disabled

Users can select/de-select a group for controlling access and then click on Save. Once access is removed, users in that group will not see AIO Tests anywhere in Jira. It will be hidden from the project left menu as well as from the top Apps menu

If a particular user belongs to multiple groups then access will need to be removed from all the groups to ensure they don’t see AIO Tests. If even a single group to which they belong has access to AIO Tests, then the user will continue to see AIO Tests |
