AIO Tests allows users to customize the case priorities with the click of a button. On the test management tool, users can add new values for the Priority field as per their organization’s use, edit existing case priorities, reorder case priorities to control in which order the priorities appear, archive priorities that are not needed for a particular project, and delete the priorities that are no longer in use or are not applicable for the project or organization.

Only Project & Jira Admins (and any AIO Admins) have the ability to add new values for the Priority field as per their organization’s use.

Step 3: Finally, click on the Delete button. 

Infowarning
  • Deleted case priorities cannot be recovered. This is an irreversible operation.

  • Deleted Priorities don’t show up in the Priority drop-down of the Create and Edit Case pages.
