The landing page allows users to choose the source and destination project(s) and also the settings that they wish to copy. By default, all project level settings are selected.

While copying settings, if the destination project has any pre-existing setup of Case Types, Priorities, Statuses or Custom fields then the settings from source project will be merged into the existing setup barring any conflicts that will be detailed out before the copy takes place |
