AIO Tests allows you to create a set/cycle from a folder of cases with the click of a button. On this test management tool, you can also add a folder of cases to an existing set/cycle. By creating a set/cycle from a folder of cases and adding a folder of cases to a set/cycle, you can not only test different scenarios with ease but also keep track of the results of multiple test cases within one run.
In this documentation, you will understand:
Step 1: To create a Set from a folder of Cases, simply click on the Cases option in the top bar menu.
Step 2: On the Cases page, click on the vertical ellipsis icon (⋮) of the desired case folder from which a set needs to be created and select the Create Set option from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Once you click on the Create Set button, the Create Set modal window will appear on the screen.
Users have these two options to choose from:
Create Set: Clicking the Create Set button will create the set with the cases in the selected folder.
Add Cases: By clicking on the Add Cases button, you can add more cases from the current and/or from other projects to the set using the project selector drop-down list. Once you add cases, click on the Save button.
Only those cases will be added to the set that have a status that is eligible to be added to the Set. Users can select the version of the case they want to add in the Set. |
Step 1: To add a folder of cases to a set, simply click on the Cases option in the top bar menu.
Step 2: On the Cases page, click on the vertical ellipsis icon (⋮) for the case folder that you want to add to a set and select the Add to Set option from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Once you click on the Add to Set option, the Add to Set modal window will appear on the screen. Select the set(s) to which the cases of the folder will be added.

Step 4: Finally, click on the Add to Set button.
Once you click on the Add to Set button, a success message will be displayed on the screen, saying cases are added to Set(s) successfully.
Step 1: To create a Cycle from a single Case, all you need to do is click on the Cases option in the top bar menu.

Step 2: On the Cases page, click on the vertical ellipsis icon (⋮) of the desired case folder for which you want to create the cycle and select the Create Cycle option from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Once you click on the Create Cycle button, the Create Cycle modal window will appear on the screen.
Users have these two options to choose from:
Create Cycle: Clicking on the Create Cycle button will create the cycle with the cases from the selected folder added to it.
Add Cases: By clicking on the Add Cases button, you can add more cases from current or other projects to the cycle using the project selector drop-down list.

Step 4: Once you add cases, click on the Assign Users button to assign testers to the added cases.
Users can click on the Save button if they don’t want to assign users to cases at the time of creating Cycles. |
Step 5: On the Assignee page, select the desired cases that you want to assign to a user for bulk assignment. Click on the Go to Executions option to start executing the cycle.

Once you click the Go to Executions option, you will be navigated to the Cycle Details screen.

Step 2: On the Cases page, click on the vertical ellipsis icon (⋮) of the desired case folder that you want to add to a cycle and select the Add to Cycle option from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Once you click on the Add to Cycle option, the Add to Cycle modal window will appear on the screen. Select the cycle(s) to which you want to add the cases of the folder.

Step 4: Finally, click on the Add to Cycle button.
Once you click on the Add to Cycle button, a success message will be displayed on the screen, saying cases are added to Cycle(s) successfully.
