Editing Sets
AIO Tests allows you to update the information related to the Sets you have created with the click of a button. Whether you want to modify the set-related details such as its name, the folder in which you want to save the set, etc. or simply want to update the cases in a set, the test management tool lets you do it with ease.

Steps to Edit a Set
Step 1: To edit a set, simply click on the Sets option in the top bar menu.
Step 2: On the Sets page, right-click on the set that you want to edit and hit the Edit option from the drop-down menu.
Users can also edit the sets from the Set detail page.
Once you click on the Edit option, the Set Details tab will open in Edit mode. The screen has 2 tabs on the Set page- Details and Cases.
Details: In the details tab, you can edit the details of the selected set including the Title, Objective, Folder, Owner, etc. Users can also update custom fields (if defined).
If you made any changes in the Set Details tab, you first have to click on the Save button to make further changes in the Cases section.
Cases: The Cases tab contains the summary of cases added in a set. Users can edit cases by clicking on the Manage Cases vertical ellipsis at the top right corner of the screen. In the Cases tab, users can perform 4 actions, including Creating new Cases, Adding existing cases, Reordering cases, and Bulk removing cases. Find more details on these actions here.
Steps to Create New Case from Sets
Step 1: To create a new case from sets, simply click on the Sets option in the top bar menu.
Step 2: On the Sets page, click on the desired set key for which you want to create a new case.
Step 3: Click on the vertical ellipsis button (⋮) located at the top right corner and select the Create new case option from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Once you click on the Create new case option, the Create Case modal window will appear on the screen. For more details on creating a case, click here.
Steps to Add Existing Cases to Sets
Step 1: To add existing cases to sets, simply click on the Sets option in the top bar menu.
Step 2: On the Sets page, click on the desired set key for which you want to create a new case.
Step 3: Click on the vertical ellipsis button (⋮) located at the top right corner and select the Add existing cases option from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Select the case(s) that you want to add to that set.
Users can also select the version of the case that they want to add to a Set by clicking on the version drop-down and ticking the check box for it.
Step 5: Finally, click on the Save button.
Steps to Reorder Cases from Sets Detail Page
Step 1: To reorder cases from the sets details page, click on the Sets option in the top bar menu.
Step 2: On the Sets page, click on the desired set key for which you want to reorder the cases list.
Step 3: Click on the vertical ellipsis button (⋮) located at the top right corner and select the Reorder cases option from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Drag and drop the cases using the drag handle icon for the cases that you want to rearrange.
Step 5: Finally, click on the Done button.
Steps to Remove Multiple Cases from Sets
Step 1: To remove multiple cases from the sets detail page, all you need to do is click on the Sets option in the top bar menu.
Step 2: On the Sets page, click on the desired set key for which you want to remove the cases from the Cases tab.
Step 3: Click on the vertical ellipsis button (⋮) located at the top right corner and select the Bulk remove cases option from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Tick the cases that you want to delete.
Step 5: Click on the Bulk button and select the Remove cases option from the drop-down menu.
Step 6: Once you click on the Remove cases option, the confirmation modal window will appear on the screen for further confirmation of your action. Click on the Remove button.
