Export Cycle Report

AIO Tests allows users to export cycle reports with the click of a button. With this test management tool, you can add specific fields to the exported file such as actual results, defects and attachments, run custom fields, and run comments.

In this documentation, you’ll understand:

Step 1: To export the cycle report, simply click on the Cycles option in the top bar menu.

Step 2: On the Cycles page, click on the desired Cycle key for which you want to export the report.

Step 3: Click on the vertical ellipsis button located at the top right corner of the cycle execution screen and hit the Export button.

Step 4: Once you click on the Export button, Configure Cycle Export modal window will appear on the screen. Tick the fields that you want to export to the PDF file under the Cycle, Runs and Cases sections.

• Standard Fields: Users can choose standard fields related to the Cycle, such as Owner, Key, Title, Start date, End date, Tags, etc.

• Custom Fields: Users can choose any custom fields available for the Cycle.

• Standard Fields: Users can choose standard fields related to Runs, such as Case Assignee, Status, Execution Mode, Comments, Defects, etc.

• Step Details: Users can choose fields related to the steps in Runs, such as Actual results, Step defects, Step attachments, Steps, Step comments, etc.

• Custom Fields: Users can choose any custom fields available for Runs.

• Standard Fields: Users can choose standard fields related to Cases, such as Folder, Key, Title, Owner, Priority, Status, Description, etc.

• Custom Fields: Users can choose any custom fields available for Cases.

Step 5: Finally, click on the Confirm button.

Once you click on the Confirm button, a file will be downloaded.
