Release Notes

New features, enhancements and minor bug fixes are listed below for each release done so far for AIO Tests.

 

25th November, 2025 → Data Center: v4.8.3

New Features

Enhancements

  • Users will now be shown a prompt for saving or discarding data while navigating away from AI cases generation screen.

  • Get Cases Associated with Set API enhanced to return the same order of cases as set by user in AIO Tests UI.

  • Performance enhancements for Single Cycle Execution History Report.

  • Ability to duplicate datasets/examples while adding/editing case steps.

8th November, 2025 → Cloud: v4.8.3

New Features

  • Ability to create inline folders while creating/editing/moving Cases/Sets/Cycles.

  • Ability to see Total Datasets count in addition to total cases for Cycle execution.

Enhancements

  • Ability to duplicate datasets/examples while adding/editing case steps.

New Features

  • Users now have the option to link the user story automatically while creating a bug in Test Cycle and can be set from General Preferences.

  • Ability to bulk select all cases while adding cases to a set/cycle.

  • Ability to add Folder description while creating/editing folders.

    • Note:

      • Rename” option for folders has now been renamed to “Edit”.

      • A new folder menu option is added as “Details” for displaying folder description (if added).

Enhancements

  • New Report: Case usage report added to view Case(s) usage as per selected criteria - e.g. cases never added to a cycle or not executed in the last 6 months.

  • Ability to set and assign default values for Priority, Type and Automation Status fields while case creation.

  • Ability to set a default project as user preference - If set, users will land on their project from all access points, and it will also be reflected while adding cases to various screens as well as on Jira issue view.

Enhancements

  • Performance enhancements for Multi Cycle Execution Distribution Report.

  • History will be captured for linking/unlinking of Jira issues to cases.

  • Case Updated date will be updated for linking/unlinking of Jira issues/Attachments.

  • Parent folder and folder path of cases will be shown on all Add Cases screens while creating/editing sets/cycles.

  • Exported files (Excel/CSV/PDF) will now contain date and timestamp of export.

  • Attachments preview now supports additional compact view mode.

Known Issues

  • Users may get logged out from AIO Tests if they are using REST APIs via Swagger and AIO tests in the same browser. Our team is working on a solution to fix this.

Workaround: Users are advised to use AIO Tests and Swagger in different browsers to avoid getting logged out.

10th August, 2025 → Cloud: v4.8.1

New Features

  • New Report: Case usage report added to view Case(s) usage as per selected criteria - e.g. cases never added to a cycle or not executed in the last 6 months.

    • Traceability Summary and Detail Reports enhanced to include Jira fields.

    • Traceability Summary report now supports Sorting for grid fields.

    • Cases filters enhanced in Case Distribution/Automation coverage/Automation Burndown reports for better experience.

    • Traceability Summary and Detail/Case Distribution/Automation coverage/Automation Burndown/Defect Impact reports enhanced to have an option to exclude archived cases.

    • Project Activity report enhanced to include archived cases.

Minor Bug Fixes

  • Exact Jira issue key to show on top in the list while linking Jira requirements.
