How to View/Hide Archived Cases/Cycles on Jira Panel

Whether you want to hide archived Cases/Cycles on the Jira Panel to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information or wish to view archived Cases/Cycles that you accidentally archived, the platform lets you do it effortlessly.
The method to view/hide archived Cases/Cycles on the Jira Panel is the same in Cases and Cycles. In this guide, we are going to describe the steps specific to Cases.
By default, the archived Cases/Cycles will be hidden.

Step 1: To view archived Cases on the Jira Panel, simply click on the Show Archived Cases button.
Once you click on the Show Archived Cases button, the archived Cases will be displayed on the Cases list.
How to Hide Archived Cases/Cycles
Step 1: To hide archived Cases on the Jira Panel, all you need to do is click on the Hide Archived Cases button.
Once you click on the Hide Archived Cases button, the archived Cases will disappear from the list.
