Editing Multiple Cases from the Jira Panel

AIO Tests allows you to edit the details of multiple cases from the Jira Panel with the click of a button. Whether you want to add the details to case attributes such as Jira requirements, owner, priority, status, component, release, etc., or want to modify the case details, the test management tool lets you do it effortlessly.

Step 1: To edit multiple cases from the Jira Panel, all you need to do is tick the cases whose details you want to edit.

Step 2: Click on the Edit Fields button.

Step 3: Once you click on the Edit Fields button, the Bulk Edit Cases modal window will appear on the screen. Tick the fields that you want edit. Enter/Select the new value that the field should have.

  • Selecting a field and leaving it blank will remove any existing values for all selected cases.

  • The rules that apply to single case updates also apply to bulk edit of cases.

    • The owner of draft cases cannot be a user other than the logged-in user.

    • Cases in Published status cannot go to Draft status.

Step 4: Finally, click on the Save button.
