Archiving Case Versions

AIO Tests allows you to archive test case versions with the click of a button. Whether you no longer require certain test case versions or want to keep your case versions list organized, the test management tool lets you do it effortlessly. 

In this documentation, you’ll understand: 

• Steps to Archive Case Versions

Step 1: To archive case versions, simply click on the Cases option in the top bar menu.

Step 2: On the Cases page, click on the Case whose version you want to archive.

Step 3: Click on the Vertical Ellipsis icon located at the top-right corner of the Cases detail page and select the Archive Versions option from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Tick the Case Versions that you want to archive.

Step 5: Click on the Next button.

Step 6: Click on the Proceed button.

Step 7: Finally, click on the Done button.
