To link another case, follow the steps below

  • Click ‘+' to create a new row below the row on which '+’ was clicked

  • Click the link case icon on the newly created row as shown above. The row changes to show a project selector, selected project’s folder drop-down and a search box. The project selector will only show projects that the user has access to Search the case to be linked using the search box by typing the key/title or narrow it down by selecting a folder and then using key/title. The search box and the folder drop-down show data related to the selected projectA modal opens up which lets you find the case to link and also view steps of the case before linking. You can link cases from other projects as well. The search box is also available to search via key or title

  • Select the case to be linked by clicking on itthe link icon next to the case

  • Once the case has been selected, it gets added with a “Show Steps” option. Click Show Steps to see the steps of the linked case as shown below. Show Steps becomes Hide Steps once clicked. The steps of the linked case are shown indented to increase readability of the case.
