  • By default, all fields are enabled and none of the fields are mandatory.

  • Users will be allowed to create cases, sets and cycles even if they marked fields as mandatory in the below three scenarios:

    • Importing cases using Excel, CSV, Feature files

    • Copying cases from one project to another

    • Creating cases via import of automation results (from the app as well as from REST APIs)

Once you toggle on both the options for a /off the desired field, it will be visible across the screen and it will be mandatory for the users to fill data in that field. the changes will show up on the respective screens for which the fields were configured.
