AIO Tests allows users to customize the case types with the click of a button. On the test management tool, users can add new Case Type as per their organization’s use, edit existing case types, reorder case types, archive case types that are not needed for a particular project, and delete the priorities types that are no longer in use or are not applicable for the project or organization.
