AIO Tests allows admins to disable the test management tool can be enabled on a project by project basis. This article shows how to Disable AIO Tests at a project level with ease. Whether you want to remove the access for non-admin users or want to enable AIO Tests for disabled projects, the test management tool lets you do it in no time. and also how to control access for enabling AIO Tests.

In this documentation, you will understand:

Step 1: To disable AIO Tests, simply click on the Projects option in the top bar menu and select the View All Projects option from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: On the Projects page, select the project for which you want to disable the AIO Tests.

Step 3: Click go to AIO Tests for a particular project in Jira by clicking on the AIO Tests option in the sidebar menu.

Step 42: Click on the Gear icon and select the Project Settings option from the drop-down menu.

Step 1: To control access to the AIO Tests for non-admin users, all you need to do is click on the Apps option in the top bar menu and select the Manage your apps option from the dropdown menu.

  • Jira Admins can control access for enabling AIO Tests for non-admin users. By default, non-admins can enable AIO Tests.

  • Project Admins can always enable AIO Tests.

On the Settings page, you can uncheck the box against a project for which non-admin users should not be allowed to enable AIO Tests.

Once you uncheck the box against a project for non-Admin users, they will not be able to enable the AIO Tests for the selected project.

  • If Jira Admin has disabled the access to enable for Non-Admin users, then the non-admin users will see the below page if they try to enable the add-on.
