Users can also delete a case by right-clicking on the desired case that they want to delete and hitting the Delete option.

Step 3: Click on the vertical ellipsis icon (⋮) located at the top right corner of the case details page and select the Delete option from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Once you click on the Delete buttonoption, the confirmation modal window will appear on the screen for further confirmation of your action. Click on the Confirm option.

 If the case is not added to any set or cycle for execution or linked as a step in other cases, it will be deleted. However, if it is associated with a set or cycle or linked as a step in other cases, the user will see an error message. If a user still wishes to delete this case, all references from cycles, sets and cases where the “to be” deleted case is linked have to be removed and then the user can delete that case.

Step 54: Once you click on the Confirm option, another confirmation model window will appear on the screen. Click on the Proceed option to delete the case.

A case once deleted cannot be recovered.
