Once you click on the Generate button, the report output will be displayed on the screen. It will show all the runs of each case as a column. The cases are listed in different rows along with their Title name and Priority. The number next to the Status icon indicates the # of defects associated with that run (the number includes defects associated at the step level as well).

The defect numbers are clickable. It will show the details of the defects in a pop-up as shown below (click of defect icon in Run#7 Run#5 of ADP-TC-2).
