Steps to Add a New Automation Status
Step 1: To add a new case automation status, simply click on the Gear icon and select the Project Settings option from the drop-down menu.

Step 1: To edit the Automation Status name, click on the Pencil icon for the Automation Status that you have clicked on the Type, a dropdown with different types for an Automation Status will appear. Select your desired type.

Step 1: To reorder Automation Statuses, all you need to do is click on the Reorder button.

Steps to Delete an Automation Status
Step 1: To delete an automation status, click on the Delete button for the automation status that you want to delete.

Step 2: Once you click on the Delete button, a confirmation modal window will appear on the screen. Select an alternative automation status where you want to move the existing cases with the deleted automation status and click on the Delete button.

Once you click on the Delete button, deleted automation statuses will be displayed in the right box for some time. Deletion of an automation status is done via a batch job that runs every 5 minutes. While the status is marked for deletion, users cannot delete the specified alternative status.
