Steps to Delete a Cycle

Step 1: To delete a cycle, simply click on the Cycles option in the top bar menu.

A cycle once deleted cannot be recovered. A cycle can only be deleted if it doesn’t have any cases in it. If it does, an error message will be displayed asking to remove cases before deleting the cycle. Alternatively, you can archive a cycle. An Adhoc cycle cannot be deleted as it is treated as a system cycle.
