AIO Tests allows users to view the activity trends for Cases and their execution with the click of a button. Whether you want to see the graphical representation of the number of cases created/edited over time or the graphical representation of the number of cases executed, the test management tool lets you do it with ease.

In this documentation, you’ll understand:

Steps to View Activity Trends

Step 1: To view activity trends, simply click on the desired tab- Case and Execution on the Activity Trends section.

Once you click on the desired tab, you will able to view the graphical representation depending on the choice you have selected.

Case: In the Case section, the graphical representation (line chart) of the count of cases with respect to the date on which these cases were created or edited will be displayed.

  • Users can zoom a selected portion of the graph to see the detailed graph by selecting the date range on the graph. They can zoom out of the graph by clicking on the Reset zoom button.

  • The graph shows data for the last 30 days.

  • Even when a case is edited multiple times a day, the edited case count in the graph will add a count of only 1.

  • Deleted cases entry is not accounted for in the “edited” numbers.

  • Users can hide the created cases by clicking on the Created button on the graph and they can do the same for the edited cases.

Execution: In the Execution section, the graphical representation (line chart) of the count of execution of Cycles with respect to the date on which they were executed will be displayed.

  • Users can zoom a selected portion of the graph to see the detailed graph by selecting the date range on the graph. They can zoom out of the graph by clicking on the Reset zoom button.

  • The graph shows data for the last 30 days.
