Delete Cases

If multiple cases need to be deleted either from a folder or from “All Cases”, user can select the cases in Bulk mode and select Delete from the Bulk drop-down.

Click ‘Delete’ on the confirmation window to delete the selected cases.

If cases are associated with other Cases via linked cases or have been added to Sets or Cycles then they cannot be deleted. Two examples of messages on deletion are shown below.

 

 

You cannot Delete a Case having some associations with other Cases / Sets / Cycles.
