Cases Grid & Actions

Once the cases have been created, they show up in the grid on the Cases tab. By default, the grid shows the Key (unique, system generated), Title, Priority, Status and Owner of each case. By default, 20 cases are shown and the user has the option to change this number via ‘Show Records’ drop-down (bottom left of page). The grid can be customized via “Select Columns” option to see preferred columns.

Additional details of a Case can be viewed and edited by clicking on the case key link of each case.

Lot of case level actions are available from this page apart from Creating a Case, Importing and Exporting Cases by right clicking on the row of a case. Also, users can directly open a modal to edit steps from the hover over icon next to the case key (highlighted below).
