Step 3: Once you click on the Delete option, the confirmation modal window will appear on the screen for further confirmation of your action. Click on the Confirm option.

  • If the case is not added to any set or cycle for execution or linked as a step in other cases, it will be deleted safely.

  • However, if it is associated with a set or cycle or linked as a step in other cases, the user will see an error message saying “there could be loss of execution data”. If a user still wishes to delete this case, all references from cycles, sets and cases where the “to be” deleted case is linked will be removed if the user moves ahead with the operation.

  • User can change the option from Delete to Archiveif they are not sure of the deletion process via the drop-down.

Step 4: Once you click on the Confirm option, another confirmation model window will appear on the screen. The second confirmation model is displayed warning that the action will result in permanent deletion and that it is an irreversible action. Click on the Proceed option to delete the case or Cancel if you don’t wish to delete the cases. You can also click on the Back button and decide to archive the cases instead.
