The Project Overview gadget allows you to view key testing metrics across multiple projects. This gadget is helpful for QA managers who are managing multiple projects and for executive reporting.

Steps to Add Project Overview Gadget
Step 1: To add the project overview gadget, simply click on the Edit button on your selected dashboard.
Users can add the project overview gadget at the time of dashboard creation and also while editing a dashboard. The image below is of the Edit mode.
Step 2: On the right-side panel, enter the Project Overview into the Add a Gadget field. Click on the Add button respective to the AIO Tests - Project Overview.
Step 3: Once you click on the Add button, the Project Overview gadget will be added to your dashboard. Enter the project name into the Project field. Click on the Refresh interval field and select the refresh interval (determines the frequency at which the dashboard should undergo updates) from the given options for your selected project.
Users can select multiple projects.
By default, the refresh interval is set to None.
Step 4: Finally, click on the Save button.
Once you click on the Save button, the below output will be displayed on the screen.
If a user selects a single project input, the below output will be displayed.
Users can also manually refresh the dashboard by clicking on the Refresh option from the ellipsis located at the (top right corner of the gadget.
If multiple projects are selected in the Projects field, users will see a tabular output. It allows them to view key project metrics across multiple projects.
