AIO Tests allows you to view the recent activity performed by all users on different entities (Cases, Sets, Cycles, Runs, and Defects) with the click of a button. It shows the activity log of the top 5000 records per entity of activities done by the team members. By viewing the recent activity, you can not only monitor project activities but also keep track of the user's activities on which they are working.
If an entity is updated 5 times, there will be 5 entries in the activity log with a unique timestamp for each update. The time shown for each of the activities is as per the user's time zone; the user’s Jira time zone settings will be shown if the user has exposed his time zone to others, otherwise, the user’s local machine time zone will be considered.
In this documentation, you’ll understand:
Steps to View Recent Activity
Step 1: To view recent activity, all you need to do is select the desired entity (Cases, Sets, Cycles, Runs, and Defects) from the All drop-down menu in the Activity section.
By default, all entities are shown in recent activity.
Users also have the option to filter the list down to see their own activity by clicking Me in the toggle bar.
Once you click on the desired entity, all the recent activity performed by users on it will be displayed on the screen.
Entry for Deletion of any entity (Case, Set, Cycle and Run) will not appear in the Activity list, but all entries associated with the deleted entity will be removed from the list.
The un-linking of Cases from Sets and Cycles will not appear in the list.
If a case from another project is added to a Set or Cycle, that entry will also appear in the list.
