AIO Tests allows you to edit the details of multiple cycles with ease. On this test management tool, you can not only modify the cycle details, but can also add/update the details to cycle attributes such as Jira requirements, owner, start date, end date, etc.

Steps to Edit Cycle Details

Step 1: To edit cycle details, simply click on the Cycles option in the top bar menu.

Step 2: Click on the folder from where you want to edit the cycle details and hit the Pencil icon.

Step 3: Tick the cycles for which you want to edit the details.

Step 4: Click on the Bulk button and select the Edit option from the drop-down menu.

Step 5: Once you click on the Edit option, the Edit Multiple Cycles modal window will appear on the screen. Click the checkbox next to the fields you want to update. Enter/select the new value that the field should have.

Selecting a field and leaving it blank will remove any existing values for all selected cycles.

Step 6: Finally, click on the Confirm button.

Bulk Editing Tags

AIO Tests lets users edit multiple tags in bulk with a click of a button. For adding/editing new tags in multiple cycles, users need to type the text and press enter once done. The following 3 actions are available:

  • Add to existing tags: The newly added tags will be added to the list of existing tags on the selected cycles.

  • Replace existing tags: The newly added tags will replace the tags that exist in the selected cycles.

  • Delete from selected cycles: The specified tags will be deleted from the list of tags on the selected cycles. If after deletion, the tags don’t belong to any entity, they will not be available in the system anymore.

Bulk Editing Jira Tasks

AIO Tests allows you to edit Jira tasks in bulk with ease. For editing multiple Jira tickets, users get 2 options: 

  • Add to existing tasks: The specified tasks will be added to the already linked tasks.

  • Replace existing tasks: The specified tasks will replace the currently linked tasks.
