AIO Tests allows you to archive cases that are no longer valid but still cannot be completely deleted. By archiving, you can keep your cases page neat and organized.

Steps to Archive Cases
Step 1: To archive a case, simply click on the Cases option in the top bar menu.
Step 2: On the Cases page, right-click on the case that you want to archive and hit the Archive option from the drop-down menu.
Users can also archive the cases from the Case detail page as shown in the below image.
Step 3: Once you click on the Archive option, the confirmation modal window will appear on the screen for further confirmation of your action. Click on the Archive option.
Once you click on the Archive button, a success message will be displayed on the screen saying “Changes saved”.

Steps to View Archived Cases
Step 1: To show archived cases, all you need to do is click on the Cases option in the top bar menu.
Step 2: Click on the vertical ellipsis icon (⋮) and select the Show Archived Cases option from the dropdown menu.
Once you click on the Show Archived Cases option, all the archived cases will be displayed on the screen.
Users can go back to the cases listing by clicking on the Back to Cases button.
Users can do a right-click on the case row to unarchive or delete the case
