AIO Tests allows users to schedule an email for the saved reports with the click of a button. Whether you want to send a saved report via email at a set schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly) to others or want to send an email for the saved report to yourself, the test management lets you do it with ease. With this feature, users just need to set up a schedule and they can get reports automatically via emails without accessing the AIO Tests app and executing reports.
Users can only subscribe for the saved reports.
The functionality to schedule reports is available for all the reports except for the Project Metrics report.

Steps to Create a Subscription for a Report
Step 1: To create a subscription for a report, all you need to do is click on the My Saved Reports option in the sidebar menu.
If you are the owner of the report, you can also subscribe the report from the Shared Reports option in the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Click on the Vertical ellipsis icon for the report for which you want to create an email subscription and select the Subscribe option from the dropdown menu.
Users can also create subscriptions for saved reports via the “Subscribe” option on the generated saved report.
Step 3: Once you click on the Subscribe option, the Subscribe modal window will be displayed on the screen. Click on the Recipients field and select the recipient name from the drop-down list.
Users can also schedule email subscriptions by themselves by clicking on the checkbox depending on their requirements whether they want to get email everyday, on some specific days per week, or on specific days of a month. They can also select a specific time at which they want to send an email to recipients.
Users can add many recipients in the recipient field.
Users can select the format (Pdf or Excel) in which they want to deliver the saved report.
Step 4: Finally, click on the Save button.
Steps to Send Email Subscriptions
Step 1: To send an email subscription, simply click on the My Saved Reports option in the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Click on the email subscription icon for the desired report. Once you click on the email subscription icon, a box will open up showing the Subscription details. Finally, click on the Send Now button.
Users can also edit the subscription for saved reports via the “Edit Subscribe” option on the generated saved report.
Steps to View Subscription Details
Step 1: To view subscription details, simply click on the My Saved Reports option in the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Click on the email subscription icon for the desired report. Once you click on the email subscription icon, a box will open up showing the Subscription details, including Subscription status, Last send date, and Next send date.
If you want to get the report on your email right away, click on the Send Now button. It will change the last send date.
If the Subscription status shows failed, users can contact the support team.
Steps to Edit Email Subscriptions
Step 1: To edit an email subscription, click on the My Saved Reports option in the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Click on the email subscription icon for the desired report. Once you click on the email subscription icon, a box will open up showing the Subscription details. Click on the Edit subscription button.
Users can also edit email subscription for saved reports via the “Edit Subscribe” option on the generated saved report.
Step 3: Once you click on the Edit subscription button, the Subscribe modal window will display on the screen. Make the appropriate changes that you want to make in the subscription details and click on the Save button.
Users can add/remove the recipients, change the frequency of sending an email, and the format in which they want to deliver the report to the recipients.
Steps to Delete Email Subscription
Step 1: To delete an email subscription, all you need to do is click on the My Saved Reports option in the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Click on the email subscription icon for the desired report. Once you click on the email subscription icon, a box will open up showing the Subscription details. Click on the Edit subscription button.
Step 3: Once you click on the Edit subscription button, the Subscribe modal window will display on the screen. Finally, click on the Delete button.
