AIO Tests lets you review audit logs for a project with ease. On the Audit log, users can review the deleted actions performed by different users on cases, sets, and cycles or want to view the date on which the deleted actions were performed on entities, the test management tool lets you do it effortlessly.
The audit log shows actions taken in the last 30 days.

Steps to View Deleted Actions in Audit Log
Step 1: To view deleted actions, simply click on the Gear icon and select the Audit Log option from the drop-down menu.
Once you click on the Audit Log option, all the deleted actions taken by the user on Cases, Sets, and Cycles will be displayed on the screen.
Users can only see the delete operations for the last 30 days.
Users can search the audit log by key.
Users can filter the audit log by Activity Date, User, and Entity.
Users can refresh the Audit log list by clicking on the Refresh button.
Actions Captured in Audit Log
The Audit Log shows the date on which the action was taken, the user who took the action, the entity on which the action was taken and the actual action & its details.
The following actions and details are captured as of now in the log.
