AIO Tests allows you to export test case files with the click of a button. By exporting test case files, you can not only access the test case information offline, but can also migrate the test case files to a new device without risking data loss.
In this documentation, you’ll understand:
Why You Should Export Test Cases from AIO Tests
On AIO Tests, users can download the test cases file in Excel, CSV or PDF as per their requirements to access the updated test case details offline at any time. Here are some of the reasons why you should export the test cases from AIO Tests.
Offline access: Sometimes, it can be challenging for testers to access test cases online, especially when internet connectivity is poor. Exporting and downloading the test cases file provides testers flexibility to work and review test reports without having an online connection.
Create backup: Exporting test cases serves as a backup option. It enables organizations to recover critical testing details in case of system failure or data loss. This helps in reducing the risk of losing project data.
Documentation and reporting: By exporting test cases, you can create comprehensive documentation and reports for stakeholders to provide them with an overview of testing progress and its results.
Secure data: Exporting and saving test case files onto your computer allows you to store testing data securely. It not only ensures the integrity and confidentiality of data, but also enhances overall data security.
