Disable AIO Tests

AIO Tests can be enabled on a project by project basis. This article shows how to Disable AIO Tests at a project level and also how to control access for enabling AIO Tests.

Disabling AIO Tests

Jira and Project Admins can disable AIO Tests for a project from the Project Settings page. Once the app is disabled, it will not show up on the left Jira Project menu (after a window refresh).

It can be enabled again by accessing the project and then launching AIO Tests from Jira’s Apps menu on the top bar.

Control Access for Non-Admin Users

Jira Admins can control access for enabling AIO Tests for non-admin users. By default, non-admins can enable AIO Tests.

Project Admins can always enable AIO Tests.

Jira Admin can access the settings page by going to Manage Apps option under Apps menu as shown below.

By default, non-admin users can also enable AIO Tests for a project. Jira Admin has the option to uncheck the box against a project for which non-Admin users should not be allowed to enable AIO Tests.

If Jira Admin has disabled the access to enable for Non-Admin users, then the non-admin users will see the below page if they try to enable the add-on.
