Create Set modal will open allowing user to enter details and select cases to be added.
Details- The details tab has following fields to be filled up:
Title- The user can give a relevant name to the Set. It is a mandatory field
Objective- The objective may cover the motive/reason to create this particular Set
Folder- The folder drop-down shows the folder structure for sets. If user clicked ‘Create Set’ from “All sets” then it will be pre-populated with “Not Assigned”. If user clicked “Create Set” from within a folder then it will be pre-populated with the selected folder’s name. The set will then be created in the selected folder

Owner- User can select the name of the person who is responsible to get this Set executed. Not necessary the person who created the Set. It could be anyone in the team
Tags- Tags are keywords that let you classify your Set in a more flexible and informal manner. They help you in system wide searching. You can associate multiple tags with a Set
Click “Add Cases”. The wizard progresses to the next step.

Add Cases - The below explanation helps in understanding the process of adding Cases to a particular Set. In the Cases tab, user can select cases to be added to the set from a list of published Cases of the current as well as any other project that they have access to.
User can search for Cases using case title or key via the search box. Optionally, user can use filters like Key, Owner, Priority, Status, etc. to get a specific list quickly. More filter options can be added by using the highlighted sign. Users can change the project using the project selector drop-down to add cases of other projects.
After selecting cases to be added to the set, click “Save” to add them into the Set. User has the option to click on “Details” tab to go back and update the initial screen data.
By default, the list only shows cases in Published status; cases in Draft, Under Review and Deprecated statuses cannot be added to a Set. There is an option to view all cases by clicking “Show Non-eligible cases also”, if user is looking for a specific case.
