Case Distribution
The case distribution gadget allows you to analyze case data by letting you evaluate different aspects of test case coverage, priority, release, creation date, case status among others.

Steps to Add Case Distribution Gadget
Step 1: To add the case distribution gadget, simply click on the Edit button on your selected dashboard.
Users can add the case distribution gadget at the time of dashboard creation and also while editing a dashboard. The image below is of Edit mode.
Step 2: On the right-side panel, enter Case Distribution into the Add a Gadget field.
Step 3: Click on the Add button for the AIO Tests- Case Distribution gadget.
Step 4: Once you click on the Add button, the Case Distribution gadget will be added to your dashboard. Enter the required details into their respective fields.
Project: Enter the project name into the Projects field.
Users can also use the filter option to narrow down the Cases/Sets/Cycles list. They can filter the list by Component, Release, Tags, Folders, etc.
Users can choose more than one Case/Set/Cycle/Requirement from the drop-down list.
Users can also use the filter option to narrow down the Cases, Sets, and Cycles list.
Users also have the option to specify a dynamic filter for cycles by changing ‘List’ to ‘Filter’.
Primary Group By: Click on the Primary Group By field and select the desired option from the drop-down list.

The below table shows the options available for Aggregator.
Aggregator | Explanation |
Count | Shows the number of Cases in the grouping bucket |
Presence | Shows if there is at least one Case in the grouping bucket |
Effort | Shows the total Estimated Effort for all the Cases in the grouping bucket |
Users can also select a secondary grouping from the Secondary Group by field. It is an optional field.
Users can also select Aggregator from the given options- Count, Presence, and Efforts. By default, the Count is selected.
Step 5: Finally, click on the Save button.
Once you click on the Save button, the below output will be displayed on the screen.
Users can also manually refresh the dashboard by clicking on the Refresh option from the ellipsis located at the top right corner of the AIO Tests- Case Distribution gadget.
