AIO Tests allows you to configure different types of advanced settings, ranging from re-indexing the cases key to enabling the test management widget for some specific issue type on Jira. Whether you want to arrange the case keys in order or want to make the AIO Tests widget accessible on some specific issue types on Jira stories, bugs, tasks, etc., the test management tool lets you do it effortlessly.

Steps to Re-index Case Keys

Step 1: To re-index case keys, simply click on the Gear icon and select the Project Settings option from the drop-down menu. 

Step 2: Click on the Advanced option in the sidebar menu.

Step 3: On the Advanced page, you can re-index the case keys to make them in a sequence. Click on the Start Re-indexing button.

Step 4: Once you click on the Start Re-indexing button, a confirmation modal window will display on the screen. Click on the OK button. 

Step 5: Finally, click on the Done button.

Once you click on the Done button, all the cases will be re-numbered.

Steps to Enable AIO Tests Widget for Selected Issue Types

Step 1: To enable the AIO Tests widget for selected issue types, simply click on the Gear icon and select the Project Settings option from the drop-down menu. Click on the Advanced option in the sidebar menu. 

Step 2: Click on the Edit button in the Issue Panel section. 

Step 3: Click on the Custom checkbox and select the issue types for which you want to enable the AIO Tests widget. 

By default, the AIO Tests widget is enabled for all issue types.

Step 4: Finally, click on the Save button. Once you click on the Save button, the AIO Tests will only be visible for the selected issue types in Jira. 

Enable AIO AI Features for Users
